Privacy Policy for “Prozorro → GS” Chrome Extension

1. Information we collect

Our extension does not collect any personal information. The only data processed are:

• Public identifiers of plans or tenders from prozorro.gov.ua and zakupivli.pro websites (such as plan ID or tender ID).
• These identifiers are sent to your server at https://gs.coliro.com to save them in your database.

No names, emails, passwords, or other personal data are collected by the extension.

2. How we use the information

The collected plan/tender IDs are used exclusively to:

• Add procurement plans or tenders to the GS system.
• Provide links for users to view added plans in the GS system.
• (Optional) Notify Telegram users if configured on your server.

We do not share this information with third parties.

3. Data storage and security

• All collected data is stored on your server (gs.coliro.com) only.
• We follow basic security practices to protect the data.
• No personal user data is stored by the extension itself.

4. Permissions

The extension uses the following Chrome permissions:

• activeTab — to read the current tab URL and page content for extracting plan/tender IDs.
• Host permissions for:
  • https://prozorro.gov.ua/*
  • https://my.zakupivli.pro/*
  • https://gs.coliro.com/*

These permissions are necessary for the extension to function. No additional user data is accessed.

5. Third-party services

The extension may optionally use Telegram bot API via your server to send notifications. No direct connection to third-party services is made from the user’s browser.
